I DREAM OF WIRES is a feature documentary about the history, demise and resurgence of the modular synthesizer featuring interviews with over 100 modular musicians, inventors and enthusiasts. The original 'hardcore' edit clocked in at over 4 hours. I was asked to re-cut the film for a theatrical release bringing it down to a more manageable 90 minutes. Its a great doc for music lovers, technology nerds and cultural anthropologists alike. The film was recently picked up for distribution by First Run Features in North America and Monoduo Films in Europe.
